1. Get Regular Hair Trims

2. Be Well Groomed

Just like you need to charge your cell phone, your body needs to charge itself and to go through the day. 8 hours of quality sleep is vital for you to wake up feeling and looking great. Without sufficient sleep, you’ll also look tired, which is not as attractive as a well rested face.
Get in the habit of going to bed and waking up around the same time every day. Create a good sleep environment by resting in a dark room at a comfortable temperature with televisions, phones, and other devices turned off.
4. Working Out for Healthy Skin
Physical activity is so essential, both for your physical as well as mental health. Scientifically, it is proven that exercise benefits your skin and improves your mood. A minimum of three hours of physical activity per week will result in improving your health.
Exercise gets the blood pumping, sweating can clean out your pores and it also helps to reduce stress and calm your entire body, including your skin! 5. Drink Enough of Water
It is important for your body to stay hydrated throughout the day. Every system and function in our body relies on water. The average adult male needs about 13 cups or 3 liters of water or fluids daily. The average adult female needs about 9 cups or 2.2 liters daily.
Carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go and if you don’t enjoy the taste of plain water, add some lemon to your glass to flavor the water and keep yourself hydrated through the day. Drinking a minimum of 8 or more glasses of water helps to flush out toxins from your body, it can help your skin to look plumper and more radiant than dull and it also helps keep wrinkles at bay.
